The controller of personal data is HOROVO BUSINESS, s.r.o., ID: 28402693, VAT: CZ28402693, with registered office at Mechenicka 10, 141 00 Prague, which is also the operator of the website and e-shop Nemrut.cz. The company does not collect and does not collect any personal data that the users of the server do not voluntarily provide themselves through the e-shop registration, order form, enquiries and contract, except for the data obtained through cookies and tracking signals when a potential customer browses the website.

Why do you collect my data?


Any personal data that you yourself provide to us when you fill in our order or other forms is necessary for the proper performance of the contract we enter into or intend to enter into with you. This is a purchase contract that is concluded by remote (distance) means. Such processing is lawful on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. If you register in our e-shop, even if you do not immediately place an order, we assume that you have registered solely for the purpose that you intend to do so in the future (processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract you intend to enter into with us). If you do not make a purchase of goods within 5 months of completing the registration form and providing your personal data necessary for the performance of the contract, - these will be permanently removed from our system - deleted.
We collect the remaining data for marketing reasons in order to offer targeted products and services, or for statistical purposes on the traffic of our website. We need this data to contact you again with new offers, promotions or to inform you about new products or services.
