Do you know how to properly prepare Turkish tea in these teapots?

Preparing Turkish tea

In Turkey, black tea is served on every occasion. You can get it for free in a restaurant after a meal, on a visit, in a shop, at a hotel reception, everywhere really. The best Turkish tea is considered to be the Black Sea tea from the Black Sea region around Rize. To prepare the tea, two tin-plated copper teapots are used, which can be placed on top of each other (Çaydanlık).

Preparation:

Water is put into the lower teapot and tea into the upper one. The teapots are placed on top of each other and the water is boiled. The tea in the top teapot warms up slightly and starts to smell. When the water starts to boil, pour the tea in the top teapot and then return it to the stove. Allow the tea to infuse and heat with the steam from the bottom teapot. Correctly, the tea should have a slightly reddish colour. If it is yellow we have used too little tea or left the tea to infuse. If the tea is dark brown we have used too much tea or left it to steep too long. Fill the glasses about two-thirds full and if the tea is strong or bitter, top it up with water from the bottom teapot. Serve with sugar.
